the korean based company which seems to be following their ethics in organisation but somewhere unable to get into correct work culture. the service department is full of toxicity and pressure where there is no work life balance, a fresher is given no training and will struggle during the tenure. the RSM here carry full power. rsm of delhi is very good but of north 3 is full of toxicity.

There is always a separate consideration for offroll and onroll staff, no opportunity for offroll staff to learn and pe a part of of on-roll staff. There should be a opportunity for in ofroll staff to prove themselves in the basis of their yearly performance instead there will be the best hike which will be given to particular staff which is pratice carried forward from many years instead of rating on basis of their performances.
