Lexus group under TATA motors authorised full range dealership from last 25 years .appraisal make every year with good working environment with job balance. Carrer growth was good if you work honestly but salary was not good as per designation.

MD commitment always perfect, new employees nurturing is good. workers are comfort with the management movement.

Promotion of Juniors are somehow missing from few years, Attrition label of old employee disturbed, remuneration of old not updated properly until it is pressurized by referred employee. ect
