There is no Job Stability in this company. The company will hire you for X role and give you all other stuff except you were hired for. They have only 1 client and they expect you to work long hours and if you dont work as per their needs they will fire you or they will just give some random small work. Manager will appraise your work all the time but they will give negative feedback behind your back. Its a low graded startup with 1 US client and no professionalism.
