While the company offers impactful career growth opportunities, it seems to be the opposite of what it promises in terms of salary, work-life balance and other perks. You might find people who are lower than your level and whom you are training as a senior but are being paid way far than your compensation level. The excuses for thisissue are just as impossible to argue as their illogicality, many of us ultimately felt demotivated with overwork and fewer compensation benefits. What's even worse is that they don't promote you to managerial roles with time as long as two years, but add 'senior' to your role. If you are only looking to learn as a fresher about your industry, I'd definitely recommend it but not for someone aspiring to climb to a higher role or seeking a work-life balance or enough salary for the overwork you will be asked to do.
