I've been employed by this company since May of last year. First and foremost, I enjoy my job since it allows me to coach and mentor students in order to improve their IELTS skills. When our students perform well in the mock tests conducted by our experienced staff, it brings me great joy. That is, a LOVELY FEELING! Working at Leverage Edu was good as over a period of time it became a home to me. People are nice.

Dislikes

that doesn’t change the fact that the work life balance is not at all there. You have to work post working hours saturday and sundays too. Incentive policies change suddeny, when minths starts it is different and when someone achieve it accordlingky then they again change it.

Dislikes

People with very less experience and expertise are sitting at higher position. Their process is not streamlined and they are working without any plan. Managers are not ready to accept any suggestions to improve the process. Since morning till late evening they just ask for numbers and their are help less as they do not have capability to help or drive the team members.
