I have worked with Lets Talk for more than 3 years now and like the work culture, management of the Institute. About work flexibility, I can manage my house along with work while working with this institute also the culture at this office is cordial.

Dislikes

At this place, I have learned a lot of qualities like patience, gentle but strong. Also with good teaching/training qualities. the staff here is also very cooperative. Though salary perks not up to the mark still culture and motivation from peers keeps you going.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
