Here at lernx, I worked as a marketing intern under the supervision of several leaders and I must say everyone was superb but we connect to only a few of them that's only one Mirgali mam. Like every one has their pros and cons lernx also has some disadvantages but one should always know how to deal with the likes and dislikes both. Sab bolte company fraud scam and what not so for that Firstly aao kaam kro izzat se phir kuch na mile tb aandolan kro wrna free mein khana khane shadi me sb jaate pr lifafa sbko nhi milta na 🥱 IYKYK. Seriously there is nothing to like about this intership. Firstly you have sell their courses atleast 2-3 so that you can start your internship after that you have hire 60 interns on your own by using your resources like social media and your college networks . They also have a daily Target of 12 interns or minimum 8 with a constant threat of termination. The leadership is very rude and will make jokes on you in the official WhatsApp group itself. Toxic work culture ever. They can't even speak English properly and call themselves HR manager. No consideration to the trainees hardwork, Biased ,and most importantly it's waste of money and efforts. I can even name those employees Rohit and Mili they literally have 3rd grade English proficiency and are very unprofessional. He promised me to pay atleast for the hirings I've made but is nowhere to be found now, Terrible work ethics....Read More

The thing which I like most about working at Lernx is that your assigned leader will always be there for you in case you have any doubt as well as to mentor you and shape your skill set in the right direction benefitting the organisation as well as you. That I think the greatest asset you'll be taking with yourself.
