False promises to Doctors and manager will lie to the commitment service to Doctors and MR has to adjust that money from other source or leave that commitment to Doctor after that if issue come to know to company then simply manager will give up putting all blames on Medical representative . immediately company head take action on MR holding his salary and Expense untill he resign .

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
