Nothing, anyone who is a prospective employee going in this company will be a big mistake and will degrade your resume value. work environment is not so great.

Dislikes

HR team needs to be changed. They lack in their skills of logical explanation. The HR team is so unequipped in logic that they have no work to do and gets involved in throwing weight around just for the sake of doing something, they create unnecessary issues between the employees. Very toxic work environment. very politically motivated and cant do anything worthy of applause, there's a lot of prejudice and no clarity of who will do what. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
