I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Absolutely nothing. I didn't even feel like going to work.

Almost everything. The term work life balance is non existent here. Almost everyone is pulling all nighters every night. it's physically and mentally exhausting. There is no mental peace working here. They even make you work on weekends without any extra pay
