Lenze's SDC is a product development entity which closely works with its German counterparts. While the company aggressively adopts latest technologies its products, it thrives on innovation driven by highly skilled and talented workforce at all levels. Though , SDC is part of Lenze Mechatronics Pvt Ltd in India, it is a separate unit and its work culture, work environment , processes and policies are completely different and is in tune to any of the technology companies. The biggest asset of Lenze SDC is its people & their diversity. It brings together people of different cultures, different geographies and different races together into one high performing team with strong bonds. The people at all level are very open minded and helpful. Lenze is a people's company and they value people! The compensation and benefits are best among the industry with an open minded work environment to learn, develop skills, grow and deliver products! The parent company is 74+ years old.
