Timmings, here timmings are more than 10 to 12 hours every day. It's like labour duty because we have to carry 17 kgs of bag even customer staying in 3 floor.

Worst, sorry main thoda english ka use nhi rha hu kyuki hindi me aapko behtar samajh aayega ye samajh lijiye ki aap apne liye narak ka darwaja khol liye agar join kr liye to, Yaha managers ko koi kaam nhi hai, sirf unke under me jo kaam kr rhe h unki g**d marna, unhe torture krna, meeting me sirf faltu ka sawal krna, aapko koi resources nhi denge or aapse kaam badhiya expect krenge, Aap kaam kuch or karke aaye ho or aapko krne ko kuch or diya jayega or kaha jayega, Aap jo kaam kroge usme kami nikal ke aapse cross question kiya jayega. Sare ke sare mangement me C. bhade hai. Management ko bhai production chahiye chahe g**d mara ke do chahe jaise bhi. Ek side se bola jayega production do or dusre side se quality kyu nhi diye. Other staff peopleare not supporting. Specially HR not helping much. They avoid or ignore to solve problem. They can't understand situation of candidate. If i talk about my experience. I worked done in lead generation process. I am suffering from throat infection but can't understand. Due to health issue i am unable to take any sigle call. But they not wave off my notice period.
