There is good working culture and management as well...in this factory u can do new deployment and show-off your creative ideas in front of higher management and get helt from.during working period meeting with all stakeholders nobody is boundation for same.

🦻👎👎👎👊 1.Daily basis 3/4 hour extra time work.. 2.After Extra time work they can't provide full salary. 3.If store Target achieve, incentive not given to staff. 4.Daily concall 8/10 in unprofessional language. 5.Any time transfer to manpower 1 location to other. 6.Manpower crunch always. 7.Mistrey Audit used for staff cut incentive. 8.HR policy for Harrasment (Not support for any staff) 9.Store expenses used first for pocket when expenses submit for approval not approved. 10. Joined as work from home process due to father's health condition as the Office location is Gurgaon, and I am living at Kolkata. But without any notice period of a minimum 1 month office suddenly ask to work from office which is not possible for me.

Lenskart might be a good company for others, but it was not good for me at all. In fact, my AOM (Bhanu Joshi) in Faridabad was not good either. He only lies, and I even have call recordings of how he tries to lure people by offering petty cash. He had trapped me in a way, but thankfully, I managed to get out. Otherwise, who knows what kind of trouble he might have gotten me into.

The worst company in my entire career. Never ever join even if they offer you good salary (I know they never, they only match your salary). They exploit you in all ways possible. This doesn't feel like software office, they treat you like daily wage labour. Please don't join and get trapped here. You will definitely regret joining.
