Dislikes

No work-life balance. A lot of politics and the management doesn't address employee's issues. Company laid off 50% of employees in this pandemic situation.

If you are going to start working here, please get ready for and brace yourself from - Politics Favouritism Micro management Partiality Ask you to work over time Ask you work on Sundays too Not worth it. Even though this place has received "good place to work" certificate, it is certainly NOT a good place to work. The worst thing about this company was the director Bhumika. As long as she working there, that place is not fit to work. I am really sorry, they made our life hell. Company is good earlier work culture was good ,but now it's worst due to the wrong management in the collection team.

Due to the 1 of the wrong person entered in the company as ncm he creates the worst atmosphere,not given the respect to the employee and start favouritism .he wants to take his own people in the company and he misbehave with the lady employee.

Too much political environment in the company i was working here since long time but managent and my senior director playing dirty politics and give too much mentally pressure to put down resign and i have do the same what they want than they count me as absconding third class management

There are endless dislikes about this company. 1* If you are told during interview that Saturday is off, please don’t believe them, you have to work even on Sundays. No public holiday , no other leaves allowed. 2* your variable pay is totally dependent upon your manager, if they offer you INR X , you will get x/4. 3. Unlimited work hours, so if you don’t have any other work , no hobby , no family, and you only aim or you can say , if you are born to grow this company, only join then. 4. Worst politics , no clear responsiblities, no proper work guidelines, no proper process training , and lot of arrogance in every staff. 5.
