There is a women working as a general company secretary. She has forced me to leave the organization by creating false environment against me. This place is pathetic to work very diplomatic environment. HR is a biggest fool they are incapable in making fare decisions and rules. the head of HR she didn't let me explain anything and suddenly asked me to leave for just taking a day off for an emergency at my home....Read More

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
