Leighton's commitment to Safety. Usually contractors in India are not much bothered about safety of there worker but Leighton is very particular about safety at site and spends huge amount of the project cost in safety. The company pays very well to there workers and employees and 'ON TIME'. Working with Leighton means you will always be using Latest technology and best of the market as you will be with the top notch developers who would be very particular about Quality. Job is project based not permanent. Lot of paperwork.Lot of Permit is required for different works.

I m in operations hence it's a bit hectic but as Leighton has separate team for each particular task so it's exicitig to work.
