the best paymaster in the industry . ample opportunities for the one (Men) who want to grow and exceptionally talented. You need to be smart worker to move up the ladder in this organization. The culture is the USP of Leighton . Very strong parent company support . High on ethics.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Too much of dirty politics have spoiled the Leighton Culture . Not the right place for Female aspiring to grow in your carrier except for few technical profiles .This company is dominated by Men and no matter how ethical and potentially talented you are the female employees can't reach the top

Work Details

Leighton is a good organization to work with .If you area technical engineer then this is the company to work with as it gives you the international standards of working on Construction site

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
