Good Work Environment , I joined this company in 2007 till then i am working with the organization.Work culture is average and teammates are supportive.Appraisals are fair and this time its not yet done and they give average salary hike and bonus.During COVID-19 they asked us to utilize our paid leaves if no PL(Paid Leaves) then no salary only continuity will remains with organization.Only few staff get blessing of management they got salary with out utilizing PL....Read More

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.I am working with this organization since 2007.Lot of politics even a junior who worked under you will be your superior with the blessing of so called managers.

I got chance to wear multiple hats and worked with different kind of management .But instead of utilizing my experience they cut me off from corporate role to site based limited role.
