It is a company where you can see employees who has worked for more than 15 to 20 years without change in company. But there is always work pressure, which is a common phenomenon of present companies.

Dislikes

Still need to know employees thinking during appraisal sessions and they have to be motivated to come out of their usual working nature so that they gain technical as well as financially. New joiners need to be given ample time to get in line with the product details.
