This company has a toxic work culture . Every day is torture for the employees here . there is no senior-level manager or CTO with whom we can discuss our problems or get technical support . we are forced to sit with our CEO , who tries to act like a CTO but do not have any development skill . There is so much i could say . but i think you understands the situation.
