With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I don't think there is any positive points in marketing department and company there is full of negativity

Dislikes

Working in the Marketing Team should be creativity and collaboration, but under the current management, it feels like a constant struggle. Micromanagement is rampant, stiffing any opportunity for innovation. It's disheartening to witness the lack of trust and respect for our abilities.
