Teammates are supportive but not the management are supportive There is not even small cafeteria. There is no job security when they feel like throwing you out they will even though how hard working you are

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't understand our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees. There is bond for a year before that we cannot resign. Salary is not good those who deserve more are getting less and those who deserve less are getting more. Partiality is on high ratio.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.
