I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. They follow Hire and fire policy, They will treat you very well untill you are performing. When you will become old in the Organisation they will never support you or help you in any type of questions. They will give you targets and they will ping you in your personal life as well.
