1. they need to separate students on particular course (means all people are in same batch sometime for fresher they don't no which topic they need to concentrate )give trainings based on that 2.need motivation and guidance by them (continuous updates needed)

Abhishek sir is very helpful, he teaches us how to solve problems instead of ordering, colleague are really good office politics is at its minimum, you learn about many software's while working which will be helpful in the future.

Nothing as such, have been working here for 7 months till now this is the best place I have worked till now
