"Fake Monopoly": Ah yes, our top-secret plot to take over the world through a monopoly of not paying people! Quite a business strategy, right? Let’s be clear: we’re a legally registered company and we pay employees who complete their work—no secret society or “fake monopoly” involved. Name Changing Every 2-3 Months: Sounds exhausting! After all the hassle and issues I faced, they gave the stipend in next month, after trying to connect with them(hr blocking my no. No proper response) and the fact is they gave half the amount that was promised in offer letter! The hiring process was overall scam, for 3-4 days hiring rounds went on and further while moving ahead it was told that your fixed is 5k stipend while talking to Hr it was clearly mentioned by him that 25k is fixed, but at the last stage of the round it was mentioned that you are receiving 5k in your hand and that's fixed, If things like this will happen, how can a person trust an organisation -No set communication - stipend also that recieved is half, talking about full, that too they says the things that doesn't make sense, in offer letter itself everything is mentioned The most important thing When giving the stipend that too half the stipend, they mentioned Not to do unethical things Writing genuine reviews about the company isn't considered unethical!! You joined as a Business Development Associate (BDA) and, despite a whole month of no sales, endless team support, and coaching, you still managed to… well, not close a single deal. So, yes, we clearly communicated that your stipend would be half, as a little motivational difference between you and those working hard and actually making sales. We just didn’t think it would be fair for everyone else hustling and closing deals to get the same compensation, right? 2) Hiring "Scam": We’re amazed at how you remember the compensation being "switched" last minute. The reality is, 25k was never the base fixed amount, and it was clearly communicated to you before you even joined. But it’s always fun to add a dramatic twist to the hiring process, isn’t it? 3) Ethical Guidelines: We never said writing a review was unethical! In fact, we love honest feedback. But when it doesn’t reflect the real situation, we have to step in and clear the air a bit. You know, just so the next person reading this doesn’t get the wrong idea. And after 15 days of hardwork, punctuality they will kick you out of the company as sentence quoted by their manager and they will not give you single penny of stipend..
