Very poor management Very less experienced leaders and hence they are not able to direct the right process and structure of work. Salaries are not credited on time, and this happens regular. HRBPs has no clue what thing is going wrong and can't come up with fast solutions. The Technical team is very poor. Maybe the budget restraintsthe company in getting strong technical team. The quality of work and management is very poor. Leaders are very less experienced and most of the works are done by interns which effects the quality of work, the budget blocks them to hire FTE. The HR Head has no clue of structured process. The whole HR team is messed up. The HR Head is very less less experienced in compare to his job role and has no ground level experience in HR related fields. Threat to job security Lack of PR activities for which very less known in the market. All the departments lacks with good experienced employees hence work process, learnings and growth becomes a challenge. Also the Glassdoor reviews are not at all genuine. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Worst company ever. I have been joined for sales IELTS here. The one week you will be working with leads which can be immediately converted and next week onwards they show their real face by giving the leads which cannot be converted and not even required the services They will humiliate you with i front everyone by telling that noskills and only luck you have got for 1st week The manager Ravi kumar himself tells that Sales is luck and still irritate and torture the people for a sales everyday and make you work more than 11 hours a day The process of sales is very pathetic and no work life balance at all Manager only tell you that follow the process don't worry about the revenue in morning meeting and ask you evening where is the sales Psych right !
