Joining leadstart was the biggest mistake of my life. The superiors in the company- Swaroop, Malini & Preeti made it so difficult to work that I started drifting in depression due to uncalled office politics. Eventually, I had to leave for the sake of my own mental health. The seniors here will promise you big things, but they will never support you while you are working with them. Out of all, Malini is the worst.. She will induce extreme groupism in the team and will make work difficult not just for her team, but for other teams too. You get playtime for sure. But too much of office politics nullifies any good thing that the company may have.
