Team work and Team responsibility, weekly skill development sessions, some of the team mates are approachable.

Dislikes

Well the work culture is excellent, the hierarchy is quite in check. However, in case of changes in methods and the set cycle of project delivery and approach, there's rigidity. Also depends on managers, sometimes good sometimes bad, like every other organisation.
