I'm really enough fortunate that I'm joins the company from Railways PSU. My all senior from Managment and work controller has supported me on any though time. Best work culture. Teammates are supportive. I'm thankful to my respected MD to bless me in last 5 + years in this organization. Regards

Some times hard to manage work and family due to intensive work pressure and managment not even recognize your efforts.

Majority of the authorities are cooperative.

Dislikes

The team leaders never care about the family life of the employees. The call their team to come and work on every Sunday basically work for the full month without taking a leave. And no overtime policy. Employees are not being paid for working overtime.

I would like to share about work with LASA , i am very thankful to good/great opportunity to me, like homely environment with our staff and HO staff member on every department responding spontaneously, early i was work with same line of the lob but the HO people are not responding on any such kind of manner , but here one thing is we are getting our salary first week on every month and other benefits like leave, LTA , performance bonus etc., festival celebration at our office premises, especially they take care on Covid-19 time they cooperation is noteworthy......Read More

nothing, but i would like to share the my opinion , office and guest house rental is they are transform in the same month no issue but if it treat to 2nd fortnight the it will credit to same one on the last day , and vehicle hire charges has to in 1st priority because vehicle vendor also one of our team ( driver salary, maintenance etc.,)

From past 2 years i got much more opportunities to learn every aspects related to project.MY team leader is also very supportive and there is a tranperancy in my company means you get direct help from HO .Bonus amount is credited every year as festive bonus and performance as well.salary credits on time , increment is there every year .

Salary structure and increment is not competitive as per other organisation and promotion is also not upto the mark .

They select the not working candidates or who have the gap in their past career, They first negotiation discussions and then taking test hire the candidate. Suddenly put the question on you performance after 1 or 2 months, they give notice to leave the company without the reason. The same thing happened with lots of women candidates.

It's a good place for freshers . Everyone is treated well here and respected. The Bengals culture is prevalent at this company which makes it liberal. But there are no to less women in the engineering department. . If you're a proactive fresher it's great as you get less pay but more attention from experienced people and lots of one on one interaction.

Dislikes

The only drawback is less salary , slow growth and working too hard. You need to be loyal and proactive to the company to reap all the benefits. Also less flexibility and no work from.home.
