The working culture and the style of working as well as the Standard Operating System was really amazing as the company have documented SOP due to the compliance of ISO standards.

Dislikes

Due to some bad financial decisions by the top level management, the company's financial management become bad and also due to negative effect of Covid 19, the management simply decided to remove the lowest level workers in order to save their job as being very old, egoistic and inflexible they know nobody will give them work at this point of their life.

Le passage to India is one of the best companies for employees. All senior management is very supportive and providing full flexibility as per employee work. In the free time it's not compulsory for you to sit on the chair only. You can go to cafeteria or gaming zone also. Overall love to work with LPTI

Job security is there but they cannot manage such thing in pandemic condition. Good working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good.

There is a lots of policies and the management twisted company policy's as per their personal requirements and benefit.

The job was quite interesting. I was responsible for backend operations, yield, contacting and giving software training and also doing comparison and sales analysis. I got chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get taste of different roles.
