In my experience at LCS CONTROLS PRIVATE LIMITED, there is no pressure on work.

Dislikes

The main thing is there are not ready to provide enough salary to you. Then appraisal and incentive are based on company annual profit and loss. In case they get a profit, that was not meant to mean you were going to get the best appraisal 😜. If your plan is to get promoted through yo ur hard work, I am sure you are definitely not, because already you have managerswho arey not ready to givo you their job and their position 😭....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
