They Hire in India on contract basis, because they don't have any office setup, It mean #Too Much work pressure #No work life balance/ Long working hour #Too much politics #You will pressurize to attend the meeting on Sunday some time. # Shouting and bad behavior by senior in weekly meeting/completely hostile atmosphere.

There was a working comfort couple of years back. With the new management taking over the operation has become terrible as they don't trust any of their employees

Many stuffs to dislike .... # No yearly increment # No Bonus or any additional facilities # No mediclaim # No HR policies # No promotions

I was X employee of apparel group but i am lucky before covid 19 i left the company, people (My colleagues)who still there they are crying No support from company, No salary, Company termination is keep going on. Thanks to God i left early.
