Communication from top management to all employees

Job is not secured once project is completed employee has to find out other opportunities. even compensation is reimbursed but employees needs job security. Exit policy is not same. Embarrassing for people those who are leaving, which damages returning relation of employees, recommendation to new members. Destroys long term relations.

Work Details

worked as an employee for 3and half years well appreciated by all colleagues. my exit was disappointing, anyway my overall experience is Excellent.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
