I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Great please for learning. On time salar Senior are great (they treat very well)

Balance of work life. Salary is poor for Freshers They treating engineering like labour but only managements but not senior. Travel is too much Leave is big issue. (only 2 leave in months if you gate sight. No leave on Sunday if you gate sight.)
