Layam is working for Ashok Leyland Ltd . ,they hire only diploma fresher's of various branches like mechanical, electrical, automobile, production engineer etc . The most demanding branches are mechanical, automobile and electrical. After selection you will get 11000 â‚¹ per month salery including meal and transportation. Sum amount of money will be deducted for PF, transportation and meal ,after all deduction you will get 8000 â‚¹ per month in your hand . Working hours will be 9 to 10 hours including all breaks.there will be 1Weakly brake you can take after consulting to your supervisor. As per my experience kayam is a very good company . You got very good environment to work . If you are a fresher and you don't have experience in any field then you can go for that . But being honest pay scale is very low and you will not get job security as well. I will not say anything everyone has their own choice so you have to choose guys.
