I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI

They are not professional they work as a grocery shop. There is no scope for employee. They are doing the business since 1990 but still not yet grow and they can not also because they don't have clear vision for success. I suggest to all who want to apply job there please do not apply better you work in pan shop. May be you can grow in pan shop but in Laxmi pipe you can not develope your self. You will start from zero and when you will quit your job you will be the same zero. They do not have good reputation in market as well. Despite of having very old organization still market does not know them that is the reason I suggest do not apply there for job....Read More
