Not actually anything Good about company to share with proud. Only it has large number of customer, and diversified portfolio to sustain in competition.

Very unorganized working culture, every director has their own totally different working ethics, and you have to keep them happy and satisfied with your work. Each and every employees work from morning to evening to prepare same charts and reports as per them different requirements. It has every modern technology to impress visitorsand customers but in actual working done by very old fashioned laymen habits. Very much office politics and higher authorities will always take credit of their subordinates and they will never think even a single time to Fire their employees on even very small working error. Very few employees are there who has served more then 2 years. Workers and helpers are on contract basis, and they are daily changing, so you have to train them on daily basis. And behalf of their unskilled labour, your job is always on risk. Anything can happen on site. Some casualties always happen every year. They have ISO certified company but every report and documents are forged to clear audit. Employees will not get any benefit and any written documents from company. Not even joining latters and salary slip. Management force there employees to work upto midnight or double shift with overtime wages....Read More

Work Details

They only concern about their work getting done. Not allowed to enjoy your personal life. No personal leave, casual leaves they offer. Even after in your emergency you have to sacrifice your salary and literally bagging to get approval.
