Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. (Suzanne Poncha) Wether you work under her or you don't this lady will make your life miserable.She just knows to yell, scream,Curse and insult the staff in front of people. Everything depends on her mood BTW FYI its never been good coz she has got some personal issues which she comes and remove on the staff .If u want to work here just be ready to get insulted for no reason .If there was an option I would have rated this lady -0 because she is not worth for anything...Read More
