-Zero Job Security anytime can be terminated. No offer letter, no salary slips, if you will ask for increment, forget about it. Totally Lala Company lots of politics played by owner itself. Lala like to brainwash of their employee. Double face peoples. If you don`t believe go and give interview and ask about it to their employees. Boss always interested in "foot daalo sasan karo" niti means you can`t be a friend of his employees. No job training because there is no trainer "they will say dekh lo ab tumhe hi karna hai". Salary/appraisal you will be first compared with other employees in salary. Then give you baseless reasons for not increasing salary even you won`t get chance to say something. You won`t get to learn anything. you will be committed everything in interview only all about support & everything. But there is no such kind of things. Work environment is very toxic.
