Top management and VP's has no vision for the company, they never talk about practicality.. They only talk in air, we will do this, we will do that,. But how we will do this, they don't have any roadmap.....In one of interview with some media house, Lava SVP product said, we will be 35000 Cr. Company by 2022. but seeing current situation we aren't even 10% of that...
