Infrastructure sucks, paint falling down from the walls, Washrooms always stinking like public toilets. HR is useless and no matter how serious you issue will be but HR won't help or support you in any way as they are not well educated its just they are working here from years this is why they are promoted and leading HR department.Things will be imposed on you forcefully no matter you are interested in doing or not. But how we will do this, they don't have any roadmap.....In one of interview with some media house, Lava SVP product said, we will be 35000 Cr. Company by 2022. but seeing current situation we aren't even 10% of that...
