It has a very less growth opportunity .Even last year No appraisal or Promotion has been done in the company.

My work with Lava was very Challenging, it has deepest market reach in the industry. Even in a single tehsil or block it has a reach of 400-500 wod. Lava has created a brand image of reliability in the mind of the retailer.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
