What I actually like with working this organization is that the company is cared about employees, good policies, implement innovative ideas, great products. In the upcoming time I am looking myself as DM in this company.

There is nothing else to dislike but what I actually want is that the company must be up to date with technology. I mean what is going in present and what will come in future, for that company have to be prepared.

They terminate all of ARO on diwali. Without any information without any warning .

It was very bad . They pressurised us to hire cc on Unpotential shops.. We warn them it will not work but they never listen . In the end they terminate all of cc all of team leaders.
