As far as I remember, there's nothing which I used to like in Lava except various excess work responsibilities which was offered to employees due to less manpower, it allowed me to learn a lot but ruined my inner peace of mind.

Dislikes

Worst part of this company is management.. they have no direction, any time they can change their statements, policies as per their convenience. For them, employees are just an object and they treat them slave. Shouting at employees all the time for every little mistakes, asking them to leave continuously. Totally unprofessional work environment.

As I was working in completely toxic work environment, I can tell you that this was the worst phase of my life.
