Work from Home Flexible Timings Very friendly and helpful employees at work

Dislikes

No Learning & Development team. No Training's for latest skills. No Innovation Body Shopping by Client Company Just listens your concerns or suggestions or complaints. But no actions are taken. We don't have any choice for deadlines and you have to work or run for deadlines set by onsite team. No proper appraisal system. and Delay in hikes. Importance given to very older employees and not considering the efforts or achievements of new employees. You have to work in a slave environment with no choice as there is only one product with one client....Read More

Work Details

Not exciting and No much benefits. You have to strictly follow the deadlines but they don't fulfill the promises on time like hikes or promotions or career growth etc.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
