I have 12 yr exp. Curent company L&T and Current CTC is 24 LPA (fixed). Now I got offer from luxoft and CTC 35 LPA I have 2 questions is it ok join to luxsoft? 35 LPA is less salary 12 yr exp?

It's very amazing and fantastic company my dream is to work in Larsen and toubro but on company role not at third party and I completed my dream on day

*Everything is fine but work is very difficult and there is no timing of my evening to come at hone because it's a field work that's why Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work oressure I very big sometimes I have worked 14 to 18 hour thanks thanks ttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt Thanks
