Sometimes creates huge pressure by the Bosses as they expect unachievable targets from the Project Leaders and insults them in the review meeting forums while not achieving the targets that time Project Leaders will hurt and disappoint badly as the whole efforts of Project Leader will go in vain despite continuous hard work , which I dislike such kind of approach at Larsen.
