Rating and promotion system, there is always fevorite to the managers got early and get good rating, no one is evaluating the rating based on actual who is working. Most of sundays and on holidays (only 8 holiday on whole year) site continues to run and bottom level employees forced to come, leave also not get approved by managers as and when required.
