I glad to working in my Organization (13 years) from 2009. I have started my carrier as a DET as on 12.09.2009 and now working as a project manager. company strategy/policy's are good and operating well planned manner. i have got lot of friends from various states and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

in my suggestion cluster and segment can be merged and we can able to save the cost curtailment here. Project to business unit head one filtration is enough based on jobs. if number of job is maximum than cluster and segment is required. work life balance is not managed properly. need to increase dividend amount as stakeholder's get benefits from us.

Compensation is low when compared with other organisations in the same field even with sufficient experience....huge difference in salary structure between the people with same cadres..

Currently i am Project manager of Project where scope is Railway Electrification of various section of Southern Railway. My section length is 325 Km. We are doing electrification work after which train can be run with electric loco.
