One aspect that stood out during my time at L&T was the limited support provided by management. This lack of support often resulted in employees having to functions as "one man armies", taking n numerous responsibilities without adequate assistance. The absence of a strong support system can be challenging and it becomes especially problematic when failure leads to unfavorable consequences, such as being let g. A more supportive management approach, with guidance and resources, would greatly benefit employees and promote a stronger sense of team work. This lack of integration leads to individual department heads being responsible for collecting and presenting data t prove their performance, often at the expense f collaboration and the overall company goals.
